- Responses to our Commonality Questionnaire and other event registration forms (e.g., preferences, interests, compatibility answers)

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the following applies:
What you’ll receive: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Taylor-Made Matches related to event ticket information, match/connection updates, and event reminders.
Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on event activity and your participation.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming your removal from the program.
Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at [insert support email/phone], for assistance.
No data sharing for marketing: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and consent are used only to send you the messages described above.
Not a condition of purchase: Consenting to receive text messages is never required as a condition of registering for an event or purchasing anything from us.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service providers who help us operate our events and communications (e.g., our survey/form platform, SMS and email delivery providers, payment processors), under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing services to us
- Event partners or venues, only where necessary to facilitate your participation in a specific event, and never including your SMS opt-in consent for their own marketing use
- Legal and safety purposes, where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Taylor-Made Matches, our participants, or others
SMS opt-in data and mobile phone numbers are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, as noted in Section 4.

We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining event records and honoring your communication preferences, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

- Access/correction/deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the information in Section 10. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (e.g., the right to know what information we hold, or to request deletion), and we will respond to verifiable requests consistent with those laws.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our events, forms, and SMS/email programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information, including phone numbers for SMS opt-in, from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services or participation in our SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
No change to this policy will apply retroactively to reduce your rights regarding SMS opt-in consent without obtaining new consent where required by law.
